386th Air Expeditionary Wing Public Affairs

SOUTHWEST ASIA -- The 386th Air Expeditionary Wing hosted about 20 local Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts as they toured an undisclosed air base here March 13, 2010.

During the tour, the scouts, who live in neighboring host nation cities, visited the 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron Explosive Ordnance Disposal team, Fire Department and 386th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron Military Working Dogs team. The guests also toured C-130 and C-17 aircraft static displays; received mock maintenance, weather and intelligence briefings and observed air traffic controllers in action during the visit.
