U.S. Airman killed in Eastern Afghanistan

BAGRAM AIR FIELD, Afghanistan --  An Airman assigned to the 755th Air Expeditionary Group's Nangarhar Provincial Reconstruction Team in Jalalabad was killed by an improvised explosive device in Eastern Afghanistan March 15. 

The name of the Airman is being withheld pending next-of-kin notification and release by Department of Defense officials.
