Iraqi, U.S. helos take to skies
BALAD AIR BASE, Iraq -- Army Staff Sgt. Marshall Lantz, 134th Security and Support Battalion Detachment 1 crew chief, performs a receiving inspection on an OH-58 Kiowa here, April 20. Ten helicopters were shipped here and then were flown to Camp Taji April 25 to be used to for Iraqi air force pilot training. The training and the helicopters will enable the pilots to defend their country against insurgents and acts of terror. Sergeant Lantz is deployed from the Iowa National Guard.
