Tiny stones cause boulder-sized pain for deployed servicemembers
BALAD AIR BASE, Iraq -- Col. (Dr.) John Mansfield, 332nd Expeditionary Medical Operations Squadron urologist, discusses kidney stone disease with Army Sgt. Robert Mosher, 345th Support Battalion. Sergeant Mosher had laser surgery treatment at the Air Force Theater Hospital here to remove a kidney stone. He was away from his unit at Camp Cropper, Iraq, for seven days while he was receiving treatment and recovering.
