Firefighters from ASAB and Al Jaber Air Base completed more than 200 hours of class room and practical instruction and 60 hours of clinicals between ASAB and Camp Arifjan for an EMT class. The class is designed to increase firefighters’ medical response capabilities when responding to an emergency. This is also one of the first EMT classes to take place in a deployed environment.
