BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan -- The eight-person Radiology team at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan provide services such as x-ray, ulstrasound, CT scans and flouroscopy for patients at Joint Craig Theater Hospital. The team is composed of diagnostic imaging technicians and radiologists who work around-the-clock in order to respond to combat emergencies. The team averages 40 patients a day and can perform full body x-rays in either surgical operating or imaging rooms.
