Soldiers from the U.S. Army's 98th Medical Detachment Combat Stress Control unit at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, conducted a Combat Stress seminar for Airmen here.

They talked about relaxation techniques that are useful in a deployed environment as well as the importance of adequate sleep.

They brought the ever-popular Major Eden, the only combat stress dog in Afghanistan.

The seminar was hosted by the 455th AEW Airmen Committed to Excellence group.
