From athe window of an E-3 Sentry, a KC-10 Extender assigned to the 908th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron taxis down the flightline used by the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing at a non-disclosed base in Southwest Asia on Feb. 16, 2010. In 2009, KC-10s from the 380th AEW and the 908th EARS flew 4,760 combat sorties offl-loading 422,222,300 pounds of fuel to 31,434 aircraft. In the same year, the KC-10s and their crews accumulated 40,011 hours of flight time.
