Robert Loebe, Iraqi Air Force College English language trainer, teaches a group of Iraqi cadet pilots inside the new American Language Course computer lab, Jan. 20. With assistance from the Defense Language Institute, English Language Center, San Antonio, Texas, the military academy located in Tikrit, Iraq, opened a computer lab as part of its English language training program.
