Dan Oosterhous, Regional Air Movement Control Center chief assigned to the Combined Air Operations Center in Southwest Asia, observes while members of the Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority here demonstrate their ability to properly approve and disapprove civil aircraft flights throughout Iraq Aug. 20, 2009.
