U.S. and Qatar Emiri Air Force firefighters tend to simulated victims of major aircraft accident on a KC-135 Stratotanker during a Major Accident Response Exercise, April 22, 2015, at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The simulated patients were moved from the aircraft to a triage area where medical response teams categorize patients and transitioned them to higher levels of care.
