Gen. William Betts during the 378th ECES change of command ceremony, at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, July 19, 2022. During the ceremony Betts presented Hughes with a Meritorious Service Medal, and welcomed Lock into his new role as the 378th ECES commander.
