Music from AFCENT Band brings a bit of home to the deployed theater
U.S. Airmen with the AFCENT Band play jazz music for Airmen assigned to the 378th Air Expeditionary Wing, at Prince Sultan Air Force Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, May 9, 2022. The band visited PSAB for a three-day four-gig tour, playing for the 378th AEW change of command ceremony, a ‘Jazz & Lattes’ night, a ‘Rock/Pop/Country’ night, and a ‘Sing with the Band’ karaoke night, May 9-11. Three multiple receptacle junction boxes are pictured in a consolidated tool kit used by U.S. Airmen with the 378th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, May 4, 2022. Senior Airman Owen Monaghan, a KC-10 Extender flying crew chief with the 378th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, researched and designed the MRJB to allow the grounding of multiple fuel trucks while refueling an aircraft at the same time. By cutting down the amount of infrastructure needed to refuel, it ensures a more agile aerial force increasing AFCENT’s regional capabilities. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Noah J. Tancer)
