Gen. David Goldfein, Air Force Chief of Staff, visited the 438th Air Expeditionary Wing, Kabul, Afghanistan, Aug. 13, 2016. Heidi Grant, Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs, joined Goldfein as they met with Train, Advise, Assist Command-Air (TAAC-Air) leadership and received briefings about the progress of the Afghan air force.
