386 EMXG welcomes new commander
Col. William Phillips assumes command of the 386th Expeditionary Maintenance Group and receives the guidon from Col. Clarence Lukes Jr., 386th Air Expeditionary Wing commander, during a change of command ceremony at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia June 3, 2016.
