Hard Charger award winners

The award by the Top 3 recognizes top performers who provide outstanding customer service and who do a job well done above their rank. Rosales is assigned to the 609th Air and Space Operations Center as a Signal Intelligence Collection Manager who hails from Tucson, Arizona, and is deployed from Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona. U.S Marine Corps Lance Corporal Thomas Kaseca, Marine Aircraft Group-14 Marine Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron 3 munitions aviation ordnance technician, practices cardiopulmonary resuscitation procedures during a CPR class May 17, at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.
