Colonel Todd T. Inouye, the previous 380th Expeditionary Mission Support Group commander and new 380th Air Expeditionary Wing A1/4/6/7 staff director, awards Lt. Col. Brandon Hori, the outgoing commander of the 380th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, the Meritorious Service Medal during a change of command ceremony, May 20, 2022 at the Phantom Center, Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates. Hori led in critical and essential roles at the Wing and squadron levels and served as the wing's emergency operations center director numerous times during exercises and real world emergencies.
