'Port Dawgs' keep cargo moving
SOUTHWEST ASIA - Airmen from the 386th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron Aerial Port move a pallet of cargo onto a C-17 Globemaster III at an undisclosed air base here Nov. 3, 2010. Known informally as "Port Dogs," Aerial port Airmen inspect and palletize all cargo before shipment, from food and water to ammunition and rolling stock. 386th AEW commander takes final flight

Gordy II, 386th Air Expeditionary Wing commander gets the traditional dousing of water from a fire hose and extinguisher as well as non-alcoholic sparkling champagne after completing his last flying mission here June 12, 2010.
