Fabrication flight forges the fight
Senior Airman Adam Bentz, 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron's fabrication flight, inserts new rivets to a fabricated KC-135 Stratotanker spoiler access panel August 4, 2015 at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The fabrications flight is partitioned into the aircraft structural maintenance and metal technology sections that make on-site repairs to aircraft deployed to Al Udeid. Most fabrications can be conducted on the flight line. For others, Airmen would bring in the part or create what is needed to keep the aircraft flying within hours. (U.S. Air Force photo/ Staff Sgt.
