Senior Master Sgt. Olando T. Watt, 379th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron Deployment and Distribution Flight superintendent, was recently recognized as the Air Force’s 2011 Surface Deployment and Distribution Command Excellence in Traffic Management winner.
