Senior Airman Alex McCraw, 376th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron material handling equipment mechanic, and Staff Sgt. James Polk, 376 ELRS NCO in charge of special purpose vehicles, work together on a 60K-loader April 9, 2013, at Transit Center Manas, Kyrgyzstan. McCraw asked Polk for assistance after performing an operational check where he was unable to determine what was keeping the loader from sitting level. "The most intriguing part about my job is mentoring, leading and supervising Airmen that get the mission done," said Polk.
