379 injuries 2012

One of the main causes of running injuries is poor form. If your car is not aligned, it will eventually wear your tires unevenly. Similarly if you aren’t running with good form, you will eventually “wear unevenly.” Good form includes good upright posture, leaning forward at your ankles (not bending forward at your back or waist), landing on your mid foot (not your heel) and having a turnover of about 180 steps per minutes.
