U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Jonathan Miranda, NCOIC Inter Theater Care Program (ITCP), is in charge of coordinating daily functions and caring for members of the ITCP, undisclosed location, Southwest Asia, August 30, 2012. Members of the ITCP suffer from combat related injuries while in the AOR and come here in order to receive needed medical attention.
