U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Jonathan Miranda, Inter-Theater Care Program noncommissioned officer in-charge, is in charge of coordinating daily functions and caring for members of the ITCP, located at the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing. Members of the ITCP suffer from combat-related injuries and come here to receive needed medical attention.
