Airman 1st Class Joseph Walters, 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron electrician, checks the voltage of a wall outlet to ensure it meets saftey standards. In 2011 the installation suffered four major incidents due to electrical issues resulting in several thousand dollars worth of damage.
