BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan— Thirty six 11th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade shoulder insignias are ready to be handed out at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, March 23, 2012. Thirty two of the shoulder insignias were awarded to Air Force members who were attached with the 11th Tactical Signal Brigade.
