U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Mark Ramsay, commander of the 18th Air Force, visits with Master Sgt. James Lancaster and members of the 557th Expeditionary RED HORSE Squadron at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia, March 8, 2012. Ramsay congratulated them on the completion of a $3.4 million ramp repair project - the largest project during their rotation - 39 days ahead of schedule. RED HORSE placed more than 8,000 cubic meters of concrete and 47,000 tons of asphalt to repair major defects that kept some aircraft from landing there. Lancaster, a Wilmington, N.C., native, is deployed from the 820th RED HORSE Squadron, Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. James Lieth)
