Chief Master Sgt. Barbara Krick, 332nd Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron, explains the F-16 phase process, which is a thorough inspection that occurs every 400 flying hours, to wing staff personnel Jan. 31, 2012 at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia.
