Nurzat Ashimeva looks though coats while Staff Sgt. Shane Goss organizes them Jan. 17, 2012, during an Operation Warm and Dry distribution at the Beat School in Beat, Kyrgyzstan. More than 1,600 winter coats and 200 blankets were handed out to Kyrgyz citizens in the Issyk-Kul region. There are seven phases to Operation Warm and Dry and the five-day mission to Issyk-kul marked the halfway point for the project.
