Master Sgt. Scott Hudson and Nurila Davletva talk while Tech. Sgt. Angel Ortiz and Jamila Mamurbecova are intrigued by their surroundings during the largest Operation Warm and Dry distribution this year, which was held in Balykchy, Kyrgyzstan, Jan. 15, 2012. More than 1,000 coats and 200 blankets were given to Kyrgyz citizens at two locations in Balykchy during a five-day mission in the Issyk-Kul region. Hudson is deployed to the Transit Center at Manas from Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. Ortiz is deployed here from Randolph AFB, Texas. Hudson and Ortiz are personnel support for contingency operations representatives with the 376th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron. Nurila and Jamila are Youth Volunteer Committee members.
