Airmen from the Transit Center at Manas along with Peace Corps volunteers sort girls coats according to size during an Operation Warm and Dry distribution held at Lenin School #4 in Balykchy City, Kyrgyzstan, Jan. 15, 2012. With two simultaneous distributions, more than 1,000 coats and 200 blankets were given to Kyrgyz Republic citizens in need in Balykchy, becoming the largest distribution event since the program's creation in 2009. A total of $30,000 was allocated for the coats and $3,300 was spent on the blankets given out in Balykchy. Since all the coats and blankets were purchased locally in Bishkek, the money spent also helped to boost the Kyrgyz Republic economy. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Angela Ruiz)
