Kyrgyz Republic and American media capture the Deputy Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kasymbek Mambetov as he signs ownership papers for the Clinic of Lesnoye Village during a dedication ceremony Jan. 12, 2012, in Lesnoye Village, Kyrgyzstan. The clinic, a $47,000 humanitarian assistance project, was coordinated and built by the Theater Security Cooperation division at the Transit Center at Manas.
