Vasilievka and Vinogradnoye Villages very warm and dry

Kyrgyz citizens of Vasilievka Village wait in the hallway of the Vasilievka Elementary School, Jan. 5, 2012, during an Operation Warm and Dry coat distribution, Kyrgyzstan. The coat recipients were identified by Ministry of Social Protection workers with the assistance of Manzura, the school principal. Approximately 160 coats were given out in Vasilievka by volunteers from the Transit Center at Manas.
