Tech. Sgt. James Berger fits gloves and a winter coat on a girl Dec. 28, 2011, at the Children's Cancer Center in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan during "Operation Warm and Dry." The Manas Area Benefit Outreach Society distributed more than 40 winter coats and blankets to the center on behalf of the Transit Center at Manas, the Kyrgyz Republic and the U.S. Embassy as part of a partnership called "Operation Warm and Dry."
