Wreaths lay against the tombstones of veterans at Union Cemetery in Leesburg, Va., Dec. 10, 2011. Matthew Newberry coordinated the purchase and placing of 120 wreaths to be placed on veteran's graves for his Eagle Scout Project. Matthew, a Life Scout, was inspired to raise money to place a Christmas wreath on each veteran’s grave after a trip to Arlington Cemetery last December. He is the son of Col.
