A concrete barrier wall in front of the 7th Expeditionary Airborne Command and Control Squadron operations building at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia was painted to commemorate 70,000 flight hours in the U.S. Central Command Area of Responsibility for the 116th Air Control Wing, Robins AFB, Ga., in the E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System, or Joint STARS.
