9/11 Remembrance Ceremony

Col. James Jacobson, Larry Memmott, President Roza Otunbayeva and Emirbek Kaptagaev, present a wreath at the Pete Ganci memorial at the Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, during the 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony Sept. 11.
