Iraqis learn runway repair

Staff Sgt. Kenneth Collins, 321st Expeditionary Operations Support Squadron, prepares to cut grooves into a defective patch of pavement on the flight line at Kirkuk Air Base. The team responds with the Iraqis to teach them how to repair small discrepancies on the flight line by cutting grooves, breaking up pavement, and filling a man made hole with cement to help keep the runway smooth.
