Airman Garcia is a member of the 386th Expeditionary Medical Group. The award is given in two categories, Airmen and NCO, to individuals who "genuinely inspire and contribute (often behind the scenes) to the improvement of customer service, quality of life and overall mission accomplishment at the 386th AEW."
