Sam Cutler, the airfield manager with the 386th Expeditionary Operations Support Squadron, talks with Staff Sgt. Mark Brisson, an engineer's assistant assigned to the 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, about continuing airfield construction projects. Mr. Cutler is a contractor with Midwest Air Traffic Control Service, Inc., the company who overseas the airfield management and air traffic control services at the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing.
