TIKRIT, Iraq -- 2nd Lt. John Ouellet III, Iraq Training and Advisory Mission-Air officer in charge of the foreign excess personal property program, inspects a container before transfer to the Iraqi military March 17. The transfer, involving five crates and more than $300,000 of equipment, is part of more than $7 million in assets being transferred in order to save money on shipping costs and strengthen the U.S. partnership with Iraq.
