NEW AL-MUTHANA AIR BASE, Iraq - Tech. Sgt. Jennifer Flecker, 7th Aeromedical Squadron aerospace operational physiology technician, prepares Iraq’s first reduced oxygen breathing device for a demonstration at the aeromedical clinic here March 14.
