TRANSIT CENTER AT MANAS, Kyrgyzstan - Gen. Duncan McNabb, commander, U.S. Transportation Command, talks with Col. Brian Brandner, vice commander, at the Transit Center at Manas, March 3. During his visit, General McNabb reviewed the transit center operations, surveyed the flight line and talked with the troops.
