Humanitarian Assistance civil engineers from the Transit Center load donated goods into the van of C. James McCollum from the American Charitable Fund of Scientific Technology and Language Institute in Kyrgyzstan as part of the ongoing humanitarian assistance project Operation Warm & Dry II Feb. 15. Donated goods consisting of clothes, toys, linens and other miscellaneous household goods came from RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom, Yokota Air Base, Japan, and various parts of the United States. Other NGOs such as Crosslink Development International and Central Asian Partnership collected the goods for their causes as well.
