Staff Sgt. Nicolas Ninichka, Humanitarian Assistance civil engineer, helps Greg Woods, Central Asian Partnership, load one of two van loads of donated clothing destined for at risk women in the Women’s Remand Center and to the “Childrens’ Home Karakol” orphanage as part of the ongoing humanitarian assistance project Operation Warm & Dry II Feb. 15. Donated goods consisting of clothes, toys, linens and other miscellaneous household goods came from RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom, Yokota Air Base, Japan, and various parts of the United States. Other NGOs such as Crosslink Development International and the American Charitable Fund of Scientific Technology and Language Institute in Kyrgyzstan collected the goods for their causes as well.
