BATKEN OBLAST, Kyrgyzstan - A resident of Batken Oblast, Kyrgyzstan, shows her appreciation as Senior Airman Ilya Volovik and Maj. Elliot Safdie, both with the 376th Air Expeditionary Wing, fit a coat on her as part of Operation Warm & Dry II Nov. 3.
