Iraqi air force CH-2000s arrive Oct. 17, 2010, at Ali Air Base, Iraq after being transferred from Basrah Air Base by the Iraqi Ministry of Defense. Iraqi air force Squadron 70 flies intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions. After moving, Sq. 70 flew their first mission from Ali Base with U.S. Army AH-64 Apaches Oct 25, 2010, providing ISR security of the Hajj - an annual pilgrimage of citizens to Mecca - while also providing ISR support of a main supply route and oil pipeline.
