Resiliency training helps servicemembers cope with deployed stress

Servicemembers from across Joint Base Balad, Iraq receive resiliency training in the MWR East movie room Sept. 14, 2010, to help them become better leaders and assist others to deal with high-stress situations by showing them different leadership styles. The beginning of the program was an orientation of what the program teaches followed by a train-the-trainer session, which focused on delivering messages as an instructor.
