BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan ? Acting patient Master Sgt. Kenneth Kasper helps Dr. (Capt.) Lance Black, 376th Expeditionary Medical Group, Transit Center at Manas, and translator Dr. Irina Zelichenko demonstrate a treatment for Vertigo to students, front to back, Dr. Orosbaeu Tolkun, Dr. Turgunbaeva Saripa, and Dr. Mursaev Bakodir.
