Wing completes role in Operation Iraqi Freedom, begins Operation New Dawn

SOUTHWEST ASIA - An Airman from the 386th Aerial Port Squadron guides a pallet of cargo onto a C-130 at an undisclosed air base here Aug. 11, 2010. The squadron and its parent unit, the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing, have processed and airlifted more than 74,000 passengers and 1,700 tons of cargo into and out of Iraq aboard C-130s in the past three months alone.
